This is my first time writing on this community. I have been going on the Anxiety and Depression which I also suffer from. Every weekend I seem to go through the same thing. I need to get work done form my job but by the time the weekend arrives I am so exhausted from the week that I can't get anything accomplished. All I end up doing is sitting on the couch, watching TV and feeling bad because I am not working on household chores, running errands or doing work for my job. Maybe I need to look at this issue from an ADD angle rather than always thinking it is due to the anxiety and depression.

Weekend Issues Again
Hi Olinicik, I would advice you to go to a mental health clinic or see a psychiatrist and get evaluated for ADHD. I was feeling the same way. I had a big meltdown and severe depression. I seemed help and things are getting better. It may take time, even few months. The mental health system in the USA is broken and overwhelmed, but be patient you’ll get there.
Thanks for responding. I have been diagnosed with ADD and currently take medication for it. I have been going to a therapist and a psychiatrist for over 10 years now. When the anxiety and depression are in good control the ADD seems better but they all seem to interact with each other. If one gets out of control it causes a downslide with the other issues. Seems to be a never ending battle.
