Try Pediasure. Have him drink one bottle in the day and another at night.

My son is on Concerta and he doesn't eat anything while at school because the medicine suppresses his appetite, so he drinks pediasure.

He is still a skinny kid for a seven years old, but he is better with pediasure.

My daughter was the same to start with and she didn't have any weight to loose but she now grand right on her percentile for her age. I tend to get her to eat when she's gets home from school before her 4pm dose as this is when her appetite is back. It can take time for them to get used to the medication but it dose settle after some time.

Our son was taking Vyvanse and we switched to Quillivant because he was not gaining weight or growing at a rate we were comfortable with. Though during that time I fed him ice cream for breakfast chips anything! I packed his lunch so I could see what he ate at when he got home. We tried breakfast drinks and pedia sure but he didn’t like it. I’d even take off from work and take him lunch from any place he would eat. I even found myself spoon feeding him at dinner and breakfast trying to get him to eat. I have to say switching to a different med worked for him. He has a real appetite and wants to eat. I’m sorry you are going through this. I understand your concerns.

Would a weight gainer added to an ice cream shake help? I think I’ve heard of one that is flavorless.
