i’m only into my third week of Active 10 but already I can feel the benefits. This week I’ve joined the. Using their map I’ve managed to create three or four of my own shorter walks which basically cut their walks some of them are quite strenuous. Obviously the aim will be to eventually walk the 10 or 12 miles that many of their circular walks and tail, but for the moment it has been fun creating my own.
