Well anyone who has managed to walk every single day has now finished the 25 days!!! Awesome! And super awesome for everyone else, as we know, life sometimes get in the way of living, so pat yourself on the back for every walk you did… and I bet those are more back-pats than you would normally do! So, woohooo!!!
I got my last walk in but feel sooo tired today. Some days are just a bit more of a struggle than others, but hey, it’s Friday! So a nice rest and then some invigorating walks will hopefully do the trick.
Now to stay awake and focus for the rest of the day of work before heading into the weekend!

well done on completing your 25 days. I was 8 days short as few days throat virus and weather but did 117.5 km over the 18 days so I suppose make up for the days missed. Hope not cheating
LOL (my son always tells me off for using emojis. His generation thinks they are so naff! I don’t know how they communicate, his generation … tss … gen Z! 🤨🧐🤨😁
Congratulations 👏🎉🙆🏻♀️✨️🎊 and thankyou for setting us challenges! I've only just joined, but already, I feel more motivated to get outside. I can't wait to see what's in store for us in November! 🎆
🍏👏 Thank you … we have all SO enjoyed the challenge!! I personally am grateful for grace days as I missed two along the way which I will make up. Hope you have a lovely weekend and recover from your busy bee 🐝 time. Xx
Well done, it is rewarding isn't it. I have found the benefits enormous on a personal level with my own challenges. When I did the 2,000,000 step challenge in 3 months I did 92 consecutive days and currently at 164 days and aiming for 6 months. I think that is towards the end of November but I haven't worked it out exactly, I'll just get there. It's not just walking though it's using that in conjunction with the Active 10 app and getting the brisk walking in that really helps and guides us to better health. But here, I am preaching to the converted aren't I.
