Yes, they are all good lovely and I now have eight of them! Al has said he will make something to mount them on, which will be nice 😁

I have no idea where to go from here. These challenges are wonderful, and you do get beautiful medals, but they are rather expensive and with it looking more and more likely that I am going to retire a year early within the next few weeks I don't think my budget will stretch to any more of them.

I'll have to have a think and see what else I might be able to do which doesn't entail a lot of expense and keeps me motivated 🤔

I have started buying the bundles they offer when you finish a challenge, generic codes they call them. You can use them for any challenges you like, except the licensed one, which I'm not so keen on personally. I got five for £128 including postage, which I think s a good deal, they also offer smaller bundles.

Oh gosh! Have you seen the new Tomb Raider challenges? I don't know anything about Tomb Raider but the content and the medals look awesome.

I am leaning towards the Star Wars challenges. I'll have to see how my pennies stretch though 💰💵😁👍

yeah, they are a bit dear. I have recently used Virtual Running Challenges to keep me going, as their “seconds“ medals are quite affordable. There is no app, but I have started to use Runkeepers function to track my progress with a manually set challenge, so I see my progress on the challenge via Runkeeper even though there is no virtual route. But it means I get a challenge for 5 or 7 quid, depending on which medal is on offer. See virtualrunningevents.co.uk/...

What I do like about their medals is their design is such that I can wear them as a necklace and I chose challenges according to medals I like the look of. I know! So vain, right? But here is one of them (see pic), and I enjoyed reaching the 85k. (It also made me brush up on my knowledge of knots!) 🤣🤣

So that’s where I landed in regards to virtual challenges, but I loved the Conqueror challenges the most! I did three of them, I think. Maybe four.
