Just finished week 1 of c25k but Actiive 10 only logged one of the 3

Hi All. Am new to the forum and hoping to be active everyday. To support that am making 3 of those days c25k days. I just finished week 1 which is 3 28 brisk walk/runs and in all cases I added extra time walking or running to hit 30. Only to find Active10 has not recognised these. Only one has been logged. Why us this happening? So gutted

I have just got to day 8 since discovery of this app. I too was disappointed as seemed to be undercounting. Then I checked my pace and found that whilst doing loads of steps very few brisk. Got to a brisk pace and now getting trophies and badges.

Thanks Weetabix for taking the time to reply. I would be surprised if this is the issue because I used if on another phone 2 years ago and it logged my brisks walks fine. In any case, I was jogging then doing really brisk walks ( just started c25k) so at least the running should have shown as brisk. And confusingly it logged the Friday one but not the run/walk before or after. Will try and check the pacing function in any case

that is so annoying! We‘ve had a few reports about the app not quite tracking. Within the app (under Discover, FAQs, contact us) is the contact details to report any bugs, so I would suggest that this is the best way to let them know. (I fear we don’t have any influence or relationship with their tech team, and we are just are here as a group of volunteers to help support each others‘ fitness journey)

However, I have a suggestion that might be even better.

If you are doing Couch25k, why not download that C25j app, which tracks your weeks in the program throughout your journey.

(As you’ve completed the 3 runs of week 1, you can just run the app without running yourself so that it catches up with you to week 2)

It has also some fantastic coaches that with their voices cheer you on. See nhs.uk/live-well/exercise/g... which has a link to the app.

We also have a dedicated forum to Couch25k at healthunlocked.com/couchto5k but please do stay with us on Active10 as well. We‘re delighted to welcome you to our walking forum.

well done! Amazing that you made it to week 2!

Hope this all helps?
