Upping the ante

With the start of the new month I've decided to aim for Active 20. Rather than walk briskly up and down the hallway I've taken over walking the dog in the evening. Tonight I achieved my first one. Now all I have to do is keep the momentum up.

Well done. At least you have the dog to get you out .

that is a brilliant way forward, I think.

Hope your enjoyment on your dog walks will increase with every mile! Speaking as someone who would like to be a much more stronger walker, and someone wishing for pain free walks, I feel walking is so precious, and so important for our daily lives.

So working towards being able to be better at walking (longer, faster, better, less pain, less exhaustion ) has so many merits.

Go you!
