A walk instead of a run

Both Happyhays and I fully intended to run this evening but for different reasons we are both pretty shattered. So we decided a walk by the sea. When we got there the tide was out and lots of sand to play on. A great photo opportunity for us, we both took loads of photos, then ran back up the stones, and walked for a while. When we turned to go back I realised how lovely it is with a breeze instead of those howling gales we've had for what feels like weeks. Bad weather is coming back and I hope it doesn't cancel parkrun. Enjoy your walks all. 😀

We were both too tired but it was lovely to be out for a while chatting and taking photos, we plan to run tomorrow

Love your photo. Going to Folkestone next week so will hopefully see plenty of sand and sun.
