I went out early again in the dark, 6.30 am. Keeping to the main roads plenty light. Met another person out but she was running with a head torch on, I couldn’t run with that I would get vertigo , get it at the best of times, all that bobbing about. Met her last week at same place., pretty dark where we meet so glad of her torch. Went around the trading estate past the cars for sale which we will be looking for shortly, and the Beer brewing co and up to the main road. Went down by the river which is lighten and river really fast with all the rain we have had this past week, no thunderstorm like the south of the country. Could see the two horses but not to get a picture. Back up through the town and back home to get the roast beef in slow cooker for tea. My time was 1 hour 8 mins.. Did 2 x5 km walks midweek before work.

Enjoy your Sunday. 😊

Good Sunday to you Doris8, you beat me this morning, I also went a 7K walk, my time according to Mapmywalk was 1 hour 17 minutes, that's about 11 minutes per kilometer, you walked at around 9.5 minutes per kilometers and that was in the dark, congratulations, I started my walk in daylight at 8.45 am.

This afternoon I visited my daughter, son in law and my two granddaughters, they all have agreed to come with me in 2 weeks time and walk parkrun at Drumpellier Parkrun.

I’m a bit late with the reply but sounds great! On top of all that walking, a slow-cooked roast ! Nice.
