longest walk for a while 7.49 km

what a beautiful day it’s been . Lovely and warm, nice day for a walk. We went up past the horses , hill all the way and then trekked through the different paths to the river. Stopped to take some pictures, so peaceful, birds chirping, river shallow. This is heaven. Back through all the nettles , without getting stung. On to home for a salad.

Lovely photos and a beautiful day for your 7.49K walk in the countryside Doris8, I am not so happy if I have to walk through nettles especially wearing shorts, at parkrun last Saturday there were nettles right next to me at the start line, I warned other runners to avoid the nettles as all of them including myself were wearing shorts, I was glad to hear the RD saying 3 2 1 go if nothing else to get away from those nettles Es.
