10km walk and small mins of jogging

Hi have done a10 km walk this morning in 1hour 33 mins . Quite cold and Misty early, hopefully sun gets out later. Along side the railway line and past garages , not very exciting, then went up the local heights past more horses down back into the local village past the donkeys and back to my town . Back to my porridge and fruit and hopefully can sit in garden later when sun comes out. . Have a good weekend.

Good morning Doris and what a charming photo of that cute donkey it sounds like you had a great walk.

Autumn is coming and there is a chill in the air first thing which I rather like coupled with the evenings drawing in its definitely a morning walk followed by a big bowl of porridge especially porridge with fruit as that will set you ups for the day. 🍓🍌

Tried to clap they were a bit jumpy . I’ve never clapped these ones before so don’t know if donkey bites🙂
