Hi, recently each time I open the app it starts from scratch, I have to put in all the starting details each time and agree to the T&Cs, every single day. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled it, does anyone have any other tips? Thanks

Hi Cindy_123 what the App developers like is for anyone who has an issue with their App is to report an issue is by leaving a rating on the Google Play store or App store. This helps the App developers to see the problem and hopefully resolve any issues.
I hope that you can get some more concise advice than this, But this is where I'd start, so good luck as I hope that you resolve this real soon.
Cindy_123 I don't know if you are using Android or iPhone operating system. I see that Android was updated on 7th June, Public Health England are the developer you could try to email them directly with your issue at oneyou@phe.gov.uk
