Active 10 app's shortcomings

The app does not read data from Apple Health on iPhone and something similar on Android phones. Unless you have your phone on your person while walking, it does not record your activity. I occasionally go for a long bicycle ride. No credit is given.

Well it is supposed to be an activity tracker. You can't really expect it to track what you do if you leave it at home. I don't know about your bike rides but mine does track my pedalling on an exercise bike as brisk walking when I have the phone in my pocket.

I use Apple Watch to initiate an Activity like outdoor or indoor walking or an outdoor bicycle ride. The data ends up in Apple Health on my iPhone. If the Active 10 app were to read activity data from Apple Health (or corresponding app on an Android phone), it could act as a dashboard for all of my activities.
