Wish I could help - but neither does mine work - on a Samsung A40 -and I am not happy either ...
allanblues and DeltaX you must report these problems to the app developers directly - either via Google Play or using the information on this post: healthunlocked.com/active10...
I'm sorry but the app developer does not monitor this community.
