Hello Shazia, First change your diet, what are you eating ? start eating fruit, STOP eating junk food, start exercising, walk swim, good luck.

My cholesterol levels went into the low normal levels after a couple of months of cutting out/vastly reducing cake, chocolate, alcohol , ice cream and ready meals of the high saturated fat variety. Cook lean meats and veg from scratch, eat fruit and wholemeal pasta, rice and bread, low fat yogurts, and low fat cheese spreads. Use the nhs 12 week diet plan. It works! Also look at British Heart Foundation healthy eating advice. Good luck
