App Problems.

The app's generally great and, together with a change in my diet & cutting out alcohol I've lost a stone (7Kg in new money) in 2 months! BUT the app continuously stops working and does not record walks for no apparent reason. I've deleted and re-installed it several times, which is a pain! No other app causes me this month grief and I should be grateful if this were fixed!

So sorry to see you are having trouble with the app. It is absolutely fine to talk about your frustrations on this forum, but I hope you understand that we on here are not involved in any way with the development of the app. I suggest that you get in touch with the developers, One You, via the App Store or Google Play - or Twitter or Facebook if you use them. Register a complaint, and tell them what is going wrong.

There were rumours of a new version of the app coming... not sure how soon that will be though.
