Active10 Updated App doesn't work

The app on my Android phone has been recently updated and it now it doesn't work. I get the message Active10 has stopped.

The icon for the app has also changed,

Hello Hidden I would uninstall the App and then reinstall it. And if that doesn’t work I’d google your phone and the active10app to see if there are any issues or cures.

I've tried all that with no success.

I've had no problems with the previous versions - it's just this current version that I have the issue with.

Hidden I don't know if you are using Android or iPhone operating system. I see that the Android version was updated on 23rd July, I would update to this latest version.

If this doesn't work Public Health England are the developer you could try to email them directly with your issue at oneyou@phe.gov.uk

What you could try is to install from google play. You might have to uninstall previous version from your computer. I have had a lot of difficulties with Active 10 because I am trying popularise Active 10 for a special interest group to which I belong. Like all modern computing this software 's development is a nightmare.
