Active 10 for my mum?

Hi recently joined c25k for myself and found it so helpful that I'm looking for something that my mum could join to help her on her way.

She's a seniorC and has recently joined National trust and going out walking with her sister when she gets time. The c25k will be too active for her and I'm wondering whether you could tell me if this forum might be beneficial or if not, perhaps you are familiar with another one?

Many thanks!

We are great but then I’m biased 😀, seriously Active 10 is a great place to start. We will help her get going and with motivation. There are a few of us that started here and built up. I found active 10 great after my surgery, it helped me to slowly pick up the pace without over doing things. Please tell her about us and I promise you we will look after her. Rfc x
