High there, I'm new to the forum as well, I'm already changing my eating habits/ diet, and am now this week starting to work on my increasing my walking/exercise. Since Monday I hav managed to hit my 10000 steps target and 3 miles per day.
I ve lost 9 lbs since boxing day so far, so any tips on how to increase my distance walked??
Welcome to our forum Caromia2015 - so glad you've found us! I have mobility issues, so I don't walk very far, I try to walk faster! When I started I was following the bus route, so I knew I could always get home! Hopefully one of our lovely members, who walks your kind of distance, will be able to give you some tips.
