Time to get your thinking caps on this week.
What will you challenge yourself to do for the next six weeks.
Anything goes, (we have had some great ones)

For me I think it has to be get my Nordic poles out at least once a week. I am finding it hard to find the time so this week I will see if I can work out the best time so I am ready to start next week.
Hi Rfc. My challenge is to keep on walking to the coffee shop in the next village - I've only done it 3 times so far.
Sounds like a good challenge to me. MrRfc and I often go out for a walk with a reward of a nice coffee, it does help to have a little treat in the middle.
That it does!
I will need to put the thinking cap on for this one.
I am continuing on with my very long marathon training programme -- using run/walk. I have decided to walk one day per week using the Nordic poles and another day will be a "social" walk with a local runners and walkers club. The other two days per week will be run/walk training with a long run/walk every second week. Am up to 14 klms next week. Starting to use my new hydration pack. 72nd birthday next week!!!
Have a wonderful birthday Bazza1234! My word, but you put me to shame - 72 years young! Good luck with your training!
