Day 8#25 day walking challenge

Work again today but a quieter day than yesterday. The weather has inspired my choice of letter……D for dreadful, downpours, deluge, duck, drip, drizzle, damp, dog! 😂 I got home from work about 5pm, sat down with a coffee and thought, ‘I need to go for a walk’. Weather wasn’t very inviting but I was determined not to miss a day so off I went with Squiggy (he was rather excited to have an extra walk!) - out into the damp and drizzle. It was definitely a weather day for ducks and I spotted one on the walk….a wooden one at a front door 😂 I liked the pinky, orange reflection in the puddle and the little pink glow in the clouds. Half an hour of brisk walking, 45 minutes total 👍😊. I am loving this challenge, it is really inspiring me to make an effort to walk every day. Inspiring posts by others also give me a push. Thanks everyone 👍😀

yeah me too! I’ve always struggled being a consistent walker, so this challenge has been fabulous for me as well. Thank you so much for participating!

Love the “D for dreadful, downpours, deluge, duck, drip, drizzle, damp, dog! “ Thinking about the words and looking at your pics makes you see the beauty in dreadful weather, which in turns helps us get out the door as well!

Nicely done!

Just full of drugs which have left me feeling very woozy, hopefully most of them will have worn off by tomorrow, today I've just eaten and slept with a little light tidying up, I'm hoping with this third treatment I shall start to regain some energy
