Hi everyone I had a super week ( at last! ) stuck to meal prep meals, I tracked MyfitnessPal,walked 72000 steps incl a 2 and 1/2 hr walk home after a 12 and 1/2 hr night shift.. and I smashed a PT sessionon my own at gym ( usually too shy to do the routine alone)...bring on another awesome week next week..good luck and have fun

Wow .. thank you.. you the 2 nd person to say I’ve inspired them .. my friend in Saudi ( nurse) just told I did that for her and she had such an amazing early am workout the floor was slippery with sweat AND she got Director of Nursing post she was offered during our catchup txting re: workouts etc 2 days ago.. apparently I got her back to her beloved heavy weights ago.. NOW you both inspire me to stick to it for another rocking week.. ( oops sorry I’ve written a novel!!)
