Still upright!

Well, I'm all packed and ready to go to my son's house - and so far so good. Must say, I am feeling stiff and a bit sore after the last 2 days, but nothing I can't deal with! When I return I'm going to try to continue with the 8min brisk walks, but 4500 steps is just a bit too much for me right now. I'm going to push my steps to 4000 - on a good day! Now I know I can do 4500, but am a wreck afterwards, my goal is definitely 4000 now!;)

Sounds like you are giving yourself the best advice. Glad it was manageable today. Have a great break with your son. Rfc x.

That sounds like a fantastic, manageable goal Kay. I love it.

Thanks runswithdogs - I'm going to follow Rfc's mantra, you know the one, slow and steady:)
