I've surprised myself!

Yesterday was my day for brisk walking and so far I've only managed 6mins - three times round the green. Well, I did 4 times round the green - 8mins! And the last lap I was practically jogging! Today I was more than a little stiff, so I decided to do my usual 3500 round trip to the coffee shop, to loosen up. But I looked on the map and decided to take a new route which was the same distance. But I'm rubbish at map reading - one of the roads was a darn dead end! Well, when I got to the coffee shop I was exhausted! By the time I got home I'd walked 4500 steps - my best ever! Mind you, I don't know if I'll be able to get out of bed in the morning - fingers crossed! ;) ;) ;)

I will keep my fingers crossed for you. Hopefully it will be a great new count with no after effects. Take care. Rfc x.

Sounds like two great days Kay, sometimes that little accidental push is what we need. Let us know how you're feeling tomorrow.

I will runswithdogs - I'm off to my son and his family tomorrow for a few days and I'm going on public transport, so if I'm feeling a bit delicate at least I won't have to drive!:)
