Think I'm going to give up on this app - it doesn't seem to get on with my phone! It didn't start registering at all today until I finished my 1.25 mile walk. Not fit for purpose. My phone's Health app registers steps so I don't know what's going wrong. A great shame!

Oh gosh George8244, I can't really help you, except to ask you to follow the link in the pinned posts for help and support with the Active 10 app. I don't use the app (I'm a confirmed technophobe, I'm afraid!) - but you can still claim your Active 10 Reward Badges, via this site!
I've heard the app is a bit wobbly, lots of people use the podcasts...
