Meditated 15 minutes early this morning. Hope to get in another 15 later this evening. Walked the Stanford Dish again. 3.6 miles in 0:58:15.16, my best ever. The hills on the course were counted as 35 floors.

60 brisk minutes. 10,771 steps. Walking Heart Rate Average: 134bpm.

You must be wearing a track down around that dish you get so many walks in. Well done.

Thank you, runswithdogs. I find myself in a new situation in my life. I have become competitive with myself. I keep wanting to do better in this one domain of my life. I wish that I had worked harder in school and college. That was a long time ago but it bothers me more and more now that I was not a high achiever.

I am very happy that the Dish is attracting a lot of walkers and runners of all ages and ethnicities. It is thrilling to finish the course each time I do. It was my fourth time this year.
