Today noticed the scales were up a bit despite being good so had an ice cream and some cereal and honey. Eating bad things after putting on weight doesn't make sense at all as I should have done the opposite. Still tomorrow is another day and I shall be good.

Yes I do that as well and as soon as I've eaten something Very calorific I'm thinking what else I can eat ..... !! but as you say tomorrow is another day.
We can all have days like that, I am the worlds worst at time 😀. draw a line under it and start again. It is still early enough to do that for today if you wanted. Go for a lovely walk and counteract the ice cream.
Deffo no ice cream today. It's been a lovely day so took the dogs down the dog park and we all had a lovely time. The dogs meeting other dogs and us meeting other people. Like you say you have days like that too as long as I don't have many days like that and you too!!! Cheers. Linda
Oh lindyloom, don't beat yourself up - you've just proved that you're human! We all fall off the wagon sometimes and, strangely, a little bit of naughtiness somehow can kickstart the weight loss again! Go for a walk, if you can - it may help you to put things in perspective, and you can eat healthy food for the rest of the weekend!
Put it behind you and move on. Everything in life has ups and downs, waxes and wanes, don't worry about it. Get back on the horse, you're doing great.

Thank you all for caring. What I found happened was I had a sugary ice cream and, as I haven't been having sugar, I started wanting more. Mistake having sugar in the first place - lesson learned!!! All I have had today is some cereal with yoghourt, cooked pears and rhubarb and some berries and, as it is been a lovely day today, don't feel like anything else. Good luck with your journeys. Linda
