Weather was ok today so I went for a nice long walk (for me) 15000 steps later I'm home chilling with a cup of options. It will help with my weekly steps as I haven't always been hitting the daily 10000....

What a lovely place to walk! And hey, 15 000 steps is great - worth at least two mugs of options, I'd say!

Oh that's beautiful. I can't believe you have green grass still.

Loevely photo, well done on your steps. Some weeks it good to average out your steps. I purposely keep my target at 8,000 so I have restful days too.
