Post surgery walking

I am now into my second week of post op recovery (hysterectomy) so yesterday and today I had the shortest of strolls down the road.

It has been so grey and dreary out so I shouldn't complain about enforced bedrest, but I am getting restless! Thank goodness for box sets on BBCiplayer!!!

I can't wait to get mobile again!

Oh Ruby8 I'm glad you're feeling so well, but please take it easy! Slow and steady!

Thanks Hidden They do tell you to start taking little walks in the second week so it's ok, but don't worry, I will be careful!

Cabin fever is a terrible feeling. Glad you were able to get out for a toodle, I found with my injury even the shortest of walks felt like progress and were good for my mood.
