Hi

Due to an event at work two weeks ago where I had a blackout resulting in a black eye and bitten tongue I thought it might be wise to not run but I found that I could walk so today I went on my first one and managed to walk 5km and I feel absolutely fine hope to be back running sometime but the walking is just as good if only I could get the active 10 to record what I am doing but oh well can’t have everything.

Thanks I have got an MRI scan tomorrow as they found a shadow during the CT scan and just want to check it out and on the 14 December I have an EEG and ECG the EEG is to check my brain readings and the ECG is a 24 hr scan which should be okay as the last one I had on the day it happened was fine. In myself I am okay have had no reoccurances for over two weeks which is hopefully a good thing but can’t drive for atleast 6 months.

Hi there, as you Will see there are a lot of your old friends on here to support you. On of the reasons I wanted to link up the forum with the Active 10 is 1) to get feed back and 2) to let people know, it still counts to us even if It didn’t record it 😀. Take care of your self and I hope you are back to full stegnth soon.
