Just had a lovely walk in the crisp autumn air. Prefer it to the gym and cheaper. Phone keeps track of steps and distance. It was colder but i wrapped up and it was nice to have a cuppa when I got in it warmed me up ๐Ÿ˜โ˜• have a good day

Sounds like a nice walk, I love my cupppa when I get in. I really have noticed the difference recently in the temperature. I always make sure I take gloves now even when itโ€™s borderline. I once had trouble getting back into my house because my fingers were too frozen to use my key after a walk. Once bitten..... ๐Ÿ˜€.

Janechic , I, too, love a Autumn walk with the sun hopefully still shining, but very low so at times you cannot see if you are walking towards it, and kicking up the leaves. And, of course, many layers, warm hat and gloves. I did a similar walk to my city's war memorial service on Sunday and felt exhilerated.

Agree, much better to get out in the fresh air than in a gym and much cheaper. I love the feeling of being out in the cold walking and then rewarding yourself with a cuppa. I can walk anytime but struggle to exercise indoors.
