My step count for this week is 93 783 steps so fAr, managed my 10000 today without getting wet. Am able to sustain a brisk pace now even uphill and surprisingly my knees hurt less. Sometimes I find my back muscles very tense but overall my fitness level greatly improved and blood pressure down

Even enjoying it!

Woohoo that is some impressive step count there, well done. Great news about the blood pressure, you must be really pleased.

That's a fantastic looking path there. Very inviting. And good job on the steps! I really must get out more
