Walking for fitness and health

Don't normally use any form of social media etc but thought I'd give this a try to gain encouragement to go forward. Struggle daily with arthritis in knees but too young to get replacement in UK. At present I'm achieving on average about 6800 steps per day. Not bad considering I'm a bus driver.

Hi, I'm like you I have a knee problem very little cartilage bone on bone, also too young to have knee replacement. I try to walk as much as possible and do at least 5000 steps as work in an office. I am currently on holiday and walking at least 12000 steps every day. Well done keep going 😎
