Hi. I am a young and agile; but somewhat overweight woman in my 50s. I love dog hiking and beach walking or jogging uf anyone wants to join me. I'm doing a diary of my life this year. Fitness improvements are my goal for life, not just 2018 :-)

Hi Bronnie, welcome to the forum! You sound really motivated to improve your fitness level - and you seem to have made a really positive start! We have a canine group as part of this forum that you might be interested in? Keeping a fitness diary is such a good idea I may have to steal that idea! I look forward to following your journey.

Thank you. Yes, I'm all fired up for change. I'd love to find out about the dog-walking group. I erite as much as posdible for my mental health and I know it's going to help me monitor my health 😁

Keeping track of what you've done over the year is a great idea. It's amazing when you look back on where you've come from.

Thank you. I am hoping to get out daily. I have done the classicmove of putting a former 'slim' photo of me on the fridge. I know it's a cliché but it works for me. Do you have any other tips? 😁

Gosh, I live alone so it's relatively easy for me - I just took everything I knew I shouldn't eat out of my cupboard and put it in the charity trolley at the supermarket! If it ain't here I can't eat it!
