We are concentrating on staying cool even if it means getting covered in green slime. Not worrying about steps or miles until the heatwave is over.

OMG, when Rusty gets muddy we use the outside hose!

Aw rusty's having fun. And yes, you cannot think about how far you walk in this weather, staying cool and out of the sun is the way to do it. My hubby joined me at the beach yesterday, he doesn't swim, whilst I went in the water. Whilst I have been absolutely fine today he seems to have suffered mild heatstroke whilst sitting in the sun and had a very upset tummy all morning.

Wise therefore to keep cool.
