Good morning lovely people, I almost gave up, all down to my own poor choices. Looking for inspiration today please, I'm away from home for 3 days business trip. Help please 😊

Hi Margaretlee. Sorry to hear you're feeling so low today. But do try not to beat yourself up too much - we ALL make bad choices, and sooner or later we have to deal with the fallout! When I look back over my life, I cringe at some of the bad decisions and inappropriate paths I have been down - so you are definitely not alone! One day at a time is the way to go - no good trying to address all of your problems at once, if you're like me that's just too overwhelming! Today, meditate on just one problem, one bad choice and try to finish with it, choose a better way and then let it go - it's hard, so the very best of luck.
