Hi there

At the moment with a fractured foot i'm doing 6000 steps, I will then increase by a 1000 each week but does this count as an hour a day? and 2.8 miles? I converted but wanted to know how you log it on your daily logs.

Thank you

hi there, sorry about your foot. Is it in one of those boot things? Your doing well to get up to 6000 steps with it if it is. I'm not sure of the averages I tend to do around 10,000 steps a day and that equates to around 5km (3miles ) give or take. I have a misfit shine that logs it all for me.
