Who says walkers are slow. I think it is amazing that someone can walk this fast. Hehe I don't even run this fast, or in fact anything near it 😀.

At my last parkrun I was overtaken by two ladies, both of whom were older than me, and both of whom were walking!
I like speed walking but some of these guys are in a class of their own.
