constipation
I have had very bad constipation lately because I have been taking lots of
Zapain
as my knee is so bad. I am drinking plenty water, taking senna and eating fruit and vegetables but it’s not helping.

I’m taking
zapain
full daily dose but it’s only barely touching the pain. I’m not allowed to take NSAID’s and wondering if there is anything else I can take. Also is there further implications from trauma with ET?

Zapain
, this is targeting my pain very good .

Falls - result of DAs?
She's also on
Zapain
for arthritis pain....so that could also be a culprit. Just wondered if anyone on here has had balance issues as a result of dopamine agonists?

So I have 2 questions, firstly could I get another prescription for
Zapain
? I have 16 left which means I have taken 84 since 12th January but I’m not sure if I should be taking them less frequently than that, I do take paracetamol when the pain is not so bad but find
Zapain
is much better.

Knee flare up
In the past I’ve had major swelling and fluid buildup that restricts movement and causes pain but this time the swelling is nowhere near as bad apart from a hard boney lump just below my knee at the top of my shin bone and the pain is very intense,
zapain
is barely making any difference.

Foot Cramps
I am currently taking 600mg pregablin, ramipril, hrt,
zapain
and naproxen aswell as iron, calcium and magnesium. The cramps are becoming more and more frequent and my Gp said to eat bananas and rub magnesium into my feet. Last night was unbearable.

Thiamine [Vit. B1] plus Pregabalin update
Bottom line, i am still waking after 1-2hrs sleep every night with discomfort/fidget or often varying degree of leg pain, whereby I have to get up (most nights) for an hour or more (take
Zapain
/codeine, or ibuprofen) and then go back to bed say 2 or 3am and usually then sleep until the alarm goes off

Zapain analgesic
My question is regarding
Zapain
30/500 … I have been getting stiffness and pains in all my muscles but I don’t know if it is the polymyalgia back or something else. I don’t want to go back on pred if I can manage without.

steroid injection
I don’t think the steroid has started working yet because my knee has been quite painful during the night I have not slept at all even after taking
Zapain
twice in the night. They told me yesterday if this works they will keep doing the same every 3 months because I am too young for a replacement.

knee - replacement advice
Since my initial consultation in May where I was using over the counter NSAIDs I’ve been moved onto
Zapain
and a cream - Piroxicam. I don’t sleep well at night and have limited walking ability. Has anyone else had this experience? A telephone appointment on a Sunday before Christmas.

Pregabalin doseage - switching from Gabapentin
So back to the GP who consulted the neurologist who advised
Zapain
for the leg pain (codeine+paracetemol). I've been reticent to take too much as you can quickly build a tolerance. Having had another review, it was decided to switch to Pregabalin.

Pain relief
I currently take
zapain
which doesn't really do anything. I tried amitriptyline but it made my fatigue 10 times worse. Thanks

Looking for TKR advice
I have been back to my doctor for help but they give me
Zapain
to manage the pain and say there’s nothing they can do about waiting lists.

Pre Syncope and AF
Also take
Zapain
for arthritic knees. Worryingly during the last 3 months I have had increasing episodes of Pre syncope. I’ve been listed for an RF Ablation next Mon 3 Oct. I understand without more info its difficult to answer but my question is what is the association between AF & Pre syncope?

Coming off pramipexole
I am currently on a half of 0.088 mg of pramipexole and 200mg of pregabalin and one
zapain
tablet. I have cut my daily dose of pramipexole to half and am going to go cold turkey due to augmentation. What can I expect ?

My left arm doesn’t like the movement of putting arm in a sleeve but I can lift it up with not too much discomfort, so I’m wondering if that is rotator cuff or some other similar thing rather than the pmr as it’s only my left arm 🤔 I take
Zapain
30/500 ( codeine/ paracetamol) which seems to help with

Endo regrowth after failed IVF
I’ve taken ibuprofen and
Zapain
, used warm compress and topical creams with magnesium and I’m at a loss. I can’t sleep properly and it makes me want to scream. Could this all be a sign that my endo has started to regrow?
