I had a positive pregnancy test this time last week. It was a shock so a few hours later I took another one which came back negative (I used the same type of test from the same brand).
The following day I took another test (different brand) which initially came back negative but after a few hours the test looked like it changed to positive (a very faint line).
The following day I started cramping and bleeding. I have since had four days of period level bleeding which required me to regularly change my sanitary products (this is also the time of month I would be due my period).
Throughout this four day period I have taken a total of 6 tests, all of which have come back negative (one of them did again change to a very faint positive after a few hours but was negative in the 10 min timeframe the tests suggested to look, I have also read about evap lines?)
the most recent test was and stayed negative. Could I still be pregnant or have I miscarried? Or was I maybe never pregnant to begin with and the first test a false positive?
Thank you in advance

This happened to me at the very early stages: a positive them negative test. I even went to a clinic to get a confirmation but when they tested it came up negative but then a little bit later it came up positive.
I would say that you were pregnant and were in the very early stages but with the amount of bleeding I would likely say you had a miscarriage I'm afraid.
Are you actively trying to get pregnant. If so, it's God's way of saying right now isn't the time, but you will go onto to have a successful pregnancy when the time is right.
I believe you could ask the doctor for an hcg blood test to confirm. Contact them to find out what is advised. From what I understand you wouldn't typically get false positives but it's probably possible. Since you had bleeding it sounds like you could have had a pregnancy loss or maybe just irregular period
