B12 consistently high, however stopped injections 10 years ago

Hi, I'm not sure if anyone has the same problem? Each time I have had my bloods check in the last 1.5-2 years, they have mentioned that my B12 is extremely high.

I had 6 x B12 injections back in December 2013, however this is nearly 10 years ago now!

Is it possible that my B12 levels would STILL be showing high after 10 years??? Or not a chance after that long?
