I've had a pile for a couple of weeks now I've tried anusol which didn't really do anything apart from I had zero pain .I then started using germoloids which seemed to shrink it or atleast it seemed to go back inside sorry tmi . However my stools are quite hard still even though I would say I eat enough fibre and I know it must not be helping passing this .I thought it was getting better but today it seems to be more "out again and sore to touch.😫

you can manually replace it inside but I would use lube and/or do it in the shower to see if it's more comfortable. Take 400-800mg of magnesium daily to soften stools or try miralax. A surgeon can remove it for you but the surgery recovery is painful. I think it was definitely worth it though.

Be more patient. It might be a few months. There is often no quick fix.Stop looking at it, use the medication and eat 8-10 portions of fruit and veg per day with at least 10 glasses of water daily walks.

Further advice from your pharmacy in the autumn perhaps.
