How do I get over sad moments and erase them from my memory?

Try and do something read a book go for a walk it's normal for us to have sad memories and thoughts can you call a friend or text

We all get sad moments but say to yourself. OK but what 3 positive things can I remember about today. Just keep in the moment and try to keep the sad bit away at the back of your mind. Keep positive and do some mindful breathing- breathe in to 7, blow out to 8, then count to 4 and repeat for 5 to 10 times or longer if you want. All the best
