Can someone please help me regarding piles .

I've noticed we'll felt a hard lump just on the outside of my anus . It is a little painful to touch as in a pushing like touch . I asked my partner to look for me as I've never had piles before (40) and they confirmed it is definitely a pile and looked at images on NHS to confirm this .I have no symptoms as in feeling unwell .

My pile does not bleed

No mucus or anything like that .

I can still go poo fine .

I can feel like something is there as in not emptied my bowels fully when I have .

I've used prep H gel twice a day for about 3 days and take salt baths noticed no change .

Problem i over read over diagnose myself and just really want some advice or anyone who has experienced this .

I do have an awful habit of straining to make sure I go to the toilet and have now stopped this .

I think I have had this before but more inner from straining but it went on its own .

I would appreciate any advice.

ask your pharmacist for advice. or GP. I think it will take much longer than a few days to get rid of haemarroids. Possibly weeks. Keep the treatment up along with plenty of fibre and water.
