Unilateral oophorectomy, massive ovarian cyst removed, and both fallopian tubes removed. Period 3.5 weeks later.

Hello everyone, I had a massive ovarian cyst wrapped around one of my ovaries, so the cyst, one ovary, and both of my fallopian tubes were removed. I had some bleeding for the first couple of weeks. It finally stopped and then at about 3.5 weeks after, I started bleeding again. I thought it was just my period. I haven't asked my doctor, but it's been 8 days or so of moderate bleeding. Does this sound normal? Maybe it's not a period at all.

🤔For peace of mind…make an appointment with your GP or……ring the Secretary of the Specialist who did your surgery…and ask if you can have a call back from the Specialist or member of his team.
