Sorry did not explain this well in my last post. The pain and discomfort when I need to wee is in my inner labia

I’m so sorry..it must be painful..you really need to continue to speak to your GP for the best advice about this.

I can see you’ve had advice from another forum..it is likely you will get the best information there.

I’m 72..and feel there isn’t a lot of help with OAB..I was prescribed Vagifem but I’m reluctant to try it because I’ve had Breast Cancer. I was surprised it was prescribed, the leaflet says ‘do not take if you have had breast cancer’.

🤔The pain may actually be unrelated to OAB..if you haven’t already done so..ask your GP.
