Rampant acne requiring oral medication from dermatologist because multiple topical creams did nothing, hair falling out in giant clumps, period cycles between 15 days or 3-9 months apart...your guess is as good as mine🤦🙎, pms on steroids, night sweats, exhausting fatigue, crazy mood swings that get worse the longer between periods I get. This has been escalating for nearly 2 yrs. I'm so frustrated 😭... anyone with any advice 😡😵‍💫😫👿

You need to see your GP about your hair-loss. Could be alopecia.
