Dry mouth

All of I sudden I have dry mouth for the past few days. I have to constantly drink water and now I notice my lips also getting so dry. No changes in medications lately. GP checked my urine and my blood sugar (from my finger) and it came back normal. What else could it be?

(Gp said let's see how you feel in 2 weeks but honestly, I can't even talk!)
