Pelvic pain during pregnancy

I previously suffered with awful SPD and pelvic pain during my daughters pregnancy but only from 30+ weeks.

Im currently 16 weeks with my second child and i can feel the pain coming back. Its currently very dull but its made me very nervous as its started so early. Any tips on how i can avoid it getting worse?
