Perimenapause constant vibrating an twitching in legs feet, toes an arms

Hi ladies I'm 50 an wondering if anybody else gets constant daily vibrating type sensation or tingling in legs, feet, toes an arms? I'm also experiencing extreme health anxiety an high b.p no dr an a little worried but have heard this is a common symptom of perimenapause, I'm just worried as it's everyday all day an my legs an arms feel weak a lot too. Any thoughts or suggestions?? Thanks

It could be restless legs syndrome. Taking an iron supplement may help. Check out the RLS forum on this site for excellent advice

Yes, I have had this on and off. I am on hrt now and it seems to have helped. I also take Magnesium for migraine and it helps nervous system in general. My iron was quite low at the time of my worst symptoms so if you could get your levels checked that might help.

I had tingling and numbness mainly in hands during peri menopause and a feeling of blood rushing through my body. Doctor said it wasn't related but after speaking to other ladies l found some had similar symptoms!!

Thanks for the reply...so confusing I'm at my end not having a dr it's so difficult to figure things out having to just go to e.r.
